Ricon City Phases Explained: Which Plot Size Suits Your Family?

Ricon City on Khandwa Road is planned in five phases, each with its own character, plot sizes and green spaces. Here is a simple guide to help you choose.
Phase I — the main township
Plots from 800 to 1,800 sq. ft., premium corner plots and 15 m, 9 m and 7.5 m roads. It has the widest range of sizes.
Lake Valley (Phase II)
417 plots, mostly 22 × 50 ft and 22 × 60 ft, around a lakefront park with a lawn and aerobic area, plus a school site in the plan.
Golden Valley (Phase III)
1,000–1,500 sq. ft. plots around a landscaped central park, with 12 m and 9 m roads.
Ricon Paradise (Phase IV)
Mostly 20 × 50 ft plots (around 1,000 sq. ft.) and three landscaped parks — practical for first-time buyers.
Green Valley (Phase V)
Premium 1,100–1,800 sq. ft. plots with a large park and a pool area, kids’ pool and deck.
How to choose
- Compact first home: 800–1,000 sq. ft. in Phase I or Ricon Paradise.
- Larger family home: 1,500–1,800 sq. ft. in Phase I, Lake Valley or Green Valley.
- Park or lake setting: ask our team which plots face open spaces.
