• Ask for title documents and the chain of ownership.
• Confirm layout approvals and the sanctioned plan.
• Visit the site and walk the roads to your plot.
• Confirm water, electricity and drainage arrangements.
• Ask which amenities are complete and which are planned.
• Get the full price break-up in writing.
• Read the agreement carefully, or have a lawyer review it.
